Column for plant stand

Started this tonight and now it's ready for grout. Possibly tomorrow.

Well it is finally finished! And, Eli and I played the first game tonight of checkers.

The checkerboard table is almost finished. Ran out of grout and will have to get more, but here you can get the gist of how it will look.

Well I hope it looks better with grout than it does without...my cuts aren't so great around the edges..

This table was headed for yardsale by my DD... so I snagged it... and just lookie at what can happen to an ugly old table!!! Up for a game of checkers anyone? Or chess?
